The cost of water is influenced by several factors; notably, the possibility of using any type of waste heat. For example, the EMSF equipment can be connected to diesel generators, transformer plants, engine rooms, motors, exhaust pipelines and so on. The device can be connected to standard heat sources too.
All of that affects the resulting price of the drinking water. That is why it is necessary to determine the price based on the concrete conditions at the point of application.
Nevertheless, it can be said that the water production is so cheap that it can be used not only for drinking and cooking, but also, for example, for irrigation. The conventional RO technology cannot be used for irrigation due to both its higher cost and the progressive soil degradation due to salinity.
