By the end of November 2018 Princeston completed the fesibility study specifying the possible installation of the EMSF desalination unit on Inhaca island in Mozambique. The study was prepared after the second visit of the project team in Mozambique. It was verified that the EMSF technology is suitable for the local conditions and would solve the problem with lack of safe drinking as well as irrigation water that is the main limiting factor for a further social and economic development of the local community.
The study was prepared in close cooperation with Mozambique Water Research Institute and was financially supported by the Czech Development Agency within the B2B programme.
